INGREDIENTS:
- 2 teaspoons olive oil, plus more for brushing
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- One 12-inch pre-baked pizza crust
- 2 cups shredded, cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup Georgia Earle’s BBQ Sauce, plus more for drizzling (optional)
- 1 small jalapeño, sliced
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded mozzarella Cheese
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 450˚F.
